Since all items at 39th West are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom orders.

Custom Orders - All Sales Final

Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Changes to design, color, size, or specifications after order confirmation
  • Changes of mind or preference
  • Items that don't meet personal expectations
