Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Production

All items at 39th West are made-to-order and handcrafted. Please allow adequate time for production before shipping.

Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Production Lead Time: 6 weeks average
  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days after production): $6-$10 - Ships within 5-7 business days of production completion
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days after production): $13-$18 - Available upon request
  • Overnight Shipping: Available upon request

Your item will begin production upon order confirmation and payment. Delivery timeframes begin after production is complete and your order ships. Lead times exclude weekends and holidays.

Order Processing & Production

  • Orders are confirmed within 2 businesses day
  • Production begins immediately upon payment confirmation
  • Standard production lead time is approximately 6 weeks
  • Custom orders or special requests may require additional time—we'll notify you of any delays
  • You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your item ships

Production Delays

We strive to meet our 6-week lead time. However, custom requests, material sourcing, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend production. We will contact you immediately if delays are anticipated.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Shipping addresses must be within the continental United States
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Tracking & Updates

  • You'll receive email updates at key production milestones
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • Monitor shipment status through our website or the carrier's tracking portal

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect all packages upon delivery
  • Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery
  • Report lost packages within 30 days of the expected delivery date
  • Contact us at 39thandwest@gmail.com with photos and tracking information for claims

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO)
  • International addresses
  • Certain restricted items per carrier regulations
